Challenging customer encounters are familiar to everyone who works in customer service, and they are the most common occupational health risk, right after the risks of musculoskeletal diseases. Such situations are psychologically stressful for customer service related personell.
In order to be able to cope with challenging customer service work without undue burden on oneself, a lot of different means of interaction and support are needed in the workplace.
