By using or accessing the services provided by FiCure Oy ("Company"), you agree to comply with these terms and services ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access the Services.

Services

The company offers a platform for clients and freelancers to meet and participate in work projects. The company is not a party to any contracts between clients and freelancers, and does not take responsibility for penalties or contract violations arising from these contracts.

Registration

You must register to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

User responsibility

Users undertake not to use the services for illegal or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, harassment or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Dues

Clients are responsible for payments for services performed by freelancers. The company may provide a payment system, but is not responsible for any disputes between clients and freelancers.

Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to EU data protection laws (such as GDPR).

Responsibility

The company's liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law. The company assumes no responsibility for indirect, punitive or incidental damages.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it believes that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company or third parties, or for any other reason.

Damage compensation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, incurred or incurred by a third party as a result of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Applicable regulations

These terms and conditions are valid and interpreted in accordance with Finnish laws and regulations, without taking into account its conflict of laws principles.
